After 8 years of running campaigns, building websites, and managing operations for 200+ clients, we noticed a pattern: the biggest bottlenecks in every business weren't creative or strategic — they were operational. Repetitive tasks, slow follow-ups, manual data entry, and missed leads at 2 AM.
We built internal AI systems to solve our own problems first. Then our clients asked us to build the same for them. The lab was born.
